Tessa lives conveniently in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast and she will travel up to 100km's for Funeral, Wedding, Vow Renewal, Naming and Pet Farewell Ceremonies

Tessa Thornton is also a Justice of the peace (Qualified), Teacher and animal lover


Tessa is a prominent member of the Sunshine Coast Community, as a JP(Qual) she works with couples and can legally sign your documents to verify your marriage.  She is also a School Teacher for Education Queensland, her disciplines are Business and Mathematics, the role takes her to many schools and she works in both Primary and Secondary Campus and also within Special-Needs Education 


She has a huge love of animals and pets and the family own cats and dogs, breeding Ragdoll kittens, Dacshunds and Golden Retriever breeds

As a Commonwealth Registered Celebrant, Tessa Thornton works on behalf of the Attorney Generals Department ensuring the correct completion of all the legal paperwork which is required during ceremonies
